Diagnostic Services:- Besides the usual tools of the trade, we have a well-equipped in-house laboratory for routine haematology, microscopy, blood chemistry, and cytology. We were the first to introduce digital veterinary radiography in Kenya. We also have ultrasound and endoscopy.
Surgery:- Besides routine surgeries, we have invested heavily in orthopaedic and ophthalmic surgery facilities which in turn result in many referrals from other clinics around East Africa. This is also because of our special interest in surgery. In addition, we use modern gas anaesthetic machines with relevant monitoring equipment to ensure safe anaesthesia for your pets.
Pet Dental Care:- We take care of basic dental care for dogs and cats and have in place the right equipment like ultrasonic dental scalers.
Emergency Services:- For our registered clients, we provide a 24/7 emergency service. During non-working hours, for security reasons, our staff will only open the gates after receiving instructions from the Vet on Duty, so please telephone first on the emergency numbers provided (+254-733-666447 or +254-733-666448).
Boarding and Grooming:- We provide boarding facilities for short-term stays for our clients. For long-term boarding, we can refer clients to dedicated boarding kennels that we approve of. We also provide basic grooming services. Please note that we do not provide “show-cut” or “breed specific” grooming.
Ancillary Services:- Moving from Kenya to some other country is always stressful to clients. We provide advice and relevant services to ease their transition and are familiar with most regulations pertaining to different regions of the world. However, we always advise clients to check with the relevant embassy or high commission for the latest rules and regulations for importing pets into that particular country. We also provide a service to get your annual Nairobi City Council dog licenses after regular vaccinations.
